A few minor adjustments

Well I haven't blogged in a few weeks but I'm back. ok this is what's been going on with me. I had to make a few minor adustments with my weight loss journey and that is eating six small meals a day in which I thought would be hard but acutually it isn't as hard as I thought. First breakfast, then a small snack then 2 hours later lunch then 2 hours after that another small snack then you can eat your dinner, and then a small snack after that and that makes your six small meals. I also had to commit to drinking six glasses of water a day because with me I retain a lot of water, so when I do get on the scale it makes me look like I gained weight which is frustrating for me. Also I've learned that drinking 3to5 cups of green tea a day can help you lose weight. So I've been drinking the green tea, so far I've managed to lose 5 pounds of water weight. yeah, happy about that and lastly I included slim fast in my weight loss journey which happened by accident I was actually looking for a protein shake but decided to buy the slim fast because It was cheaper than the protein drink. And then I do want to lose it a little faster than I have because I want to be slim by the summer. And Lord's will I will get there.

Still going strong!

Well, It's been a few days since i've blogged, well I'm still trying to eat right, still going strong and the weight is coming off slowly but surely or maybe because I keep being tempted to weight myself everyday so maybe that's why it seems to be coming off slow! I have a scale at work so it's hard to avoid the scale but I have to stop! Today was a nice day today didn't do too much had to go to my sister's house because she decides to get her hair done and so I had to go to her house to make sure her daughter gets in the house! She be driving me crazy love her though, what are sisters for, well toodles! check back.

What I ate today
Today I ate a bowl of multi-grain cheerios these are very tasty I really enjoy eating this,and a cup of coffee with a no calorie sweetner
Lunch I had a turkey sandwich with mustard a low fat chocolate pudding only 100 calories and a handful of veggie chips so good.
For dinner I had one hard taco with lettuce, tomato, cheese and a spoonful of sour cream, And a cup of wyler's only 5 calories

What I ate today!

Well, today I think I did so so cause I didn't really eat breakfast because I went out earlier. I had two little cups of yogurt, And when I got home I ate an all white meat turkey hotdog and that's only 45 calories the bun was 120 calories and half bowl of soup which is about 30 calories, That all adds up to about 200 calories which isn't bad. And then there's the birthday party I went to I had a little bit of food baked chicken, seafood salad, and a ziti, followed by birthday cake which I tried not to eat it all I left a little bit. So based on what I ate today i Didn't do to horrible. Well let's see what happens tomorrow. goodnight

Today was a good day!

Today was a good day I think I did good for the day. I had a bowl of multi grain cheerios for breakfast, an apple and a cup of water. For lunch I had a mini bagel with low fat swiss cheese, grapes, and carrots. And for dinner I had a salad plate, macaroni salad, and egg salad. Well I'm on my way to getting this weight off. I will stop at nothing, cause where there's a will there's a way.

In the beginning I was dropping the pounds like nothing now it's seems to have slowed down. It's like 1, then two pounds. Come on what do I have to do please go away weight.I don't need you, don't want you goodbye. I will not let you defeat me Cause I will fight till no end.

It's a struggle!

Omg! I seem to be stuck on this number 193, 193 come on I need to get off it. ok I have to get it off. ok I'm ready. Well I pretty much know what I need to do stop eating candy, gosh. girl leave it alone!No more candy ok I got that out of my system. let's go.
